Hyesoo Kim's practice focuses on international trade law, with a particular emphasis on matters relating to state-to-state dispute settlement proceedings conducted through the Dispute Settlement Body of the World Trade Organization. Ms. Kim's' experience in this area includes advising and representing the Korean government in disputes involving Korea as a party, as well as cases involving Korea as an interested third party.
