Career
I began my law practice at 2005. My practice focuses on anti-trust and competition law matters, including merger review, investigation of cartel, abuse of market dominance and unfair practices, and antitrust litigation.
I also have been involved in abuse of market dominance case of which the abuse of intellectual property was the issue while working as foreign attorney in the Paris office of Allen&Overy LLP. I have good working relationship with Korean and global conglomerates, including Samsung's affiliates, global oil company, global car manufacturers.
