Career
Partner at Lee & Ko with increasing domestic and international recognition for his expertise in Korean employment and labor laws. With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Song expertise span the full spectrum of employment and labor issues (e.g., wrongful termination claims, wage/hours claims, unfair labor practice claims, non-regular employment and internal investigations). Furthermore, he is known for his experience in providing practical solutions on labor union negotiations and disputes.
Mr. Song is admitted to the Korean Bar and completed his legal training at the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea in 2005. He holds a B.A. in Law from Korea University, and successfully completed a graduate studies program at Korea University’s Graduate School of Labor Studies. In addition to his practice, he is regularly invited to speak for major corporations on legislative changes and practical strategies.
