Ilaria Gobbato is a partner in our Milan office and a member of the global Public Law and Regulatory practice.

She focuses on public procurement matters with particular reference to the assistance provided in public tenders and PPP projects for public administrations, sponsors and lenders. More in detail, she assists clients that participate in Italian public procurement bids for supply, services, concession of public service, construction and management under project financing, as well as in entrusting of local public services, providing legal assistance in relation to the various phases of the tender procedure and the performance of the awarded agreement. Moreover, she assists clients before the competent courts in relation to contentious matters arising from public tenders related to public contracts.
