Practice Areas
Itxaso López is a Partner at Dentons’ Madrid office. She is a member of the Real Estate Department. Prior to joining Dentons, she worked for the national lawyer´s firms Cuatrecasas Gonçalves Pereira and Gómez-Acebo & Pombo, Abogados.
She counts with broad experience in advising national and international investors and lenders acting in the Spanish real estate market.
She has participated in transactions for the acquisition and financing of all type of real estate asssets including office building, hotels, renewable energy projects, shopping centers and loan portfolios. She also provides legal advice on real estate development and asset management for relevant players.
She has been recently ranked band 4 for Real Estate in Spain by Chambers Europe in 2022 and Rising star by Legal 500.
