Joined the SK&S team in 1997. Specializes in court proceedings and corporate disputes, as well as in extremely complex procedural issues related to the enforcement and recognition in Poland of foreign judgments. In his many years’ practice, he has engaged, among other things, in debt collection procedures taken on behalf of the largest Polish banks, and dealt with collateral security involving shares in companies. Represents clients in numerous pecuniary and non-pecuniary debt enforcement proceedings. Provides advice to clients on complex strategies for enforcing and securing claims, including those in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings.
