Supports entrepreneurs in matters related to combating unfair competition. Drafts and negotiates agreements on the acquisition and licensing of intellectual property and R&D agreements. Provides support in technology transfer projects and in employee creativity-related issues.
Authored numerous publications on the aforementioned subjects. Gives lectures at the Łazarski University, including for postgraduate studies: “Energy MBA”, “New Technology Law”, “Environmental Law”, and “Labour and Social Security Law”.
