Jacob Enoch heads the M&A department.

With over two decades of rich experience at the forefront of Israel’s mergers and acquisitions arena, Jacob has managed some of the most significant M&A transactions in the Israeli market, valued at billions of dollars. Jacob has an extraordinary expertise in advising on M&A transactions of an international nature. Jacob’s experience includes managing transactions in America, Eastern and Western Europe, Asia and Africa.

Furthermore, Jacob represents the country’s largest and most prominent enterprises and is immensely skilled at appearing before all instances of the Israeli courts. Likewise, Jacob has notable experience in international arbitration. Moreover, he serves as an arbitrator and a mediator.

Additionally, Jacob has an in-depth business understanding, emanating from his commercial experience and education, which stray from the world of law and which grant him technological, financial and accounting knowledge. Formerly, he had worked as an investment banker at Salomon Smith Barney (Citibank) in Manhattan and as a deputy CEO of a medical technology company that operates in Israel and in the US.
