Career
As Head of IP Practice Group, Mr. Kim is a brilliant litigation strategist who has represented multinational corporations such as ExxonMobil, P&G, GE, Microsoft, Google, Novartis, BMS, Bayer GSK, Jack Daniel’s, 7-Eleven, ASICS, Broadcom, KLA-Tencor, and POSCO in cases involving patent, trademark, unfair competition and trade secret misappropriation disputes, as well as white collar crime/internal investigation cases. He received his LLB from Seoul National University (1980) and worked briefly at Morrison & Foerster (1993) after receiving LLM from Cornell Law School (1992).
