Jakub Wieczorek is a Polish qualified advocate and a partner in the Banking and Finance Department at CMS Poland.
Jakub has 12+ years of experience in advising on a wide range of financing transactions with strong focus on project finance, leveraged finance, recaps and corporate finance in Poland and across the CEE region.
He has regularly participated in complex financing transactions, both on the lenders’ side, representing the largest Polish and foreign banks, and on the borrowers’ side, advising Polish and sponsors, foreign listed companies, real estate funds, private equity funds and private investors.
