Experience includes credit card, auto, trade, marketplace loans and other receivable securitizations and financings; collateralized loan and debt obligation issuances (including synthetic transactions); whole business and hybrid securitizations; commercial project finance securitizations; sports league financings; financial asset portfolio restructurings and financings; structured debtor-in-possession and exit facilities; sales of investment managers and management contracts; leveraged investment funds; commercial and residential mortgage securitizations; and corporate and asset-backed commercial paper transactions.
