Jean-Luc Fisch is a tax and investment funds partner in Dentons' Luxembourg office.

Jean-Luc’s focus is on tax structuring advice for cross-border investments especially in real estate and private equity. He has extensive experience in setting up pan-European investment platforms for investment funds.

He advises on all tax matters dealing with investment funds, M&A, private equity, real estate and capital markets. He also has extensive experience in advising on employee benefits schemes and carried interest structuring.

Jean-Luc is a member of the Commission fiscale de l'Association des Banques et Banquiers Luxembourg (ABBL). He is also a member of several tax commissions at ALFI as well as a member of the UEL's social benefits and remuneration commission .
