A seasoned labor and employment generalist, Jeff is retained in cutting edge, bet the company cases across the country. He has litigated all manner of employment disputes from single plaintiff discrimination claims to nationwide class actions, from collective actions under the FLSA to fiduciary liability claims under ERISA. Jeff has argued cases before several courts of appeals as well as the U.S. Supreme Court. He has extensive experience negotiating union contracts, conducting internal investigations, handling agency proceedings involving OSHA, OFCCP, the NLRB, whistleblower claims, and multi-employer pension plan withdrawal liability. He also deals with sensitive issues involving senior executive contract negotiations and non-compete litigation.
