Jesús Mardomingo is a partner and Head of the Banking and Finance practice at Dentons in Madrid. He joined Dentons from Cuatrecasas where he was also a partner.
Jesús has more than 25 years of extensive experience in advising financial institutions on corporate issues, and public authorities on commercial and regulatory issues, as well as advising credit institutions, insurance companies and investment service firms on all kinds of corporate transactions.
