Personal

Since practicing in 2007, Attorney YE and his team have handled over a thousand civil and commercial litigation cases, serving as permanent/specialized legal advisers to several enterprises and institutions, with rich experience in corporate restructuring, corporate governance, investment for mergers and acquisitions, etc. In recent years, attorney YE has been committed to research and practical work in finance, non-performing assets, and bankruptcy restructuring, actively exploring the integration of non-performing assets and bankruptcy restructuring, as well as non-performing assets and investment and financing, leading and participating in numerous projects in the area of insolvency to date. Regarding the claims for relief of bankruptcy claims and revival of non-performing assets, attorney YE also cooperated with a legal technology company to establish an insolvency data center to open up the information barriers in the field of insolvency and non-performing assets, thereby enhancing the level of business handling and revenue generation of his team.

Work Highlights

Served as the legal advisor to the liquidation commission of Anxi Wancheng Property Co., Ltd., which was settled with CNY 500 million in cash and kind, resolving CNY 2.2 billion of liabilities of the “Wancheng No.1” real estate project, safeguarding the rights and interests of nearly 1,000 homeowners who purchased their homes, as well as representing the first real estate bankruptcy case in Quanzhou.

Served as the legal advisor to Xiamen Qiyuan Real Estate Co., Ltd., the investor in the restructuring of Bengbu Tianhu Real Estate Co., Ltd., completed the “equity acquisition” survival type restructuring of Tianhu Company, coordinating with the debt repayment plan of over CNY 2.65 billion for this company.

Served as the legal advisor to the liquidation commission of Ninghua Tianchen Real Estate Co., Ltd., introduced the guaranteed building funds through bankruptcy proceedings, rescuing the “Tianhe Shangshang City” phase II construction project.

Acted as the agent of China Orient Asset Management Co., Ltd. Shenzhen Branch to apply to execute the property of Xiamen Jiutian Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (“Xiamen Jiutian”), resolving the collection of nearly CNY 1 billion in claims of Xiamen Jiutian.

Represented Fujian Hemo Asset Management Co., Ltd. in an application for re-examination of a judgment on a priority claim for construction money in the bankruptcy and liquidation case of Quanzhou Minghui Light Industry Co., Ltd. (“Minghui Light Industry”) The case involved the acquisition of the core assets of Minghui Light Industry in the form of a limited partnership, which in turn facilitated the recovery of claims amounting to CNY 235 million.

Provided full legal services for a debt recovery and debt restructuring of Xiamen GOLD Investment Co., Ltd., involving nearly CNY 400 million.
