John heads KG’s Litigation and Department, while he is a member of our Private Wealth Structuring Practice Group. John has long experience in assisting high-net worth individuals and family offices in complex litigation, white collar and financial crime, succession planning and wealth planning cases, contributing a unique combination of his litigation background and personal wealth advisor acumen. John is a member of KG’s Management Committee. Further, he is a member of the Executive Committee of the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce and the Chairman of its Legislative Reform Committee.

John has advised many private clients and family offices on their succession planning and asset protection, due to his experience in handling family law and inheritance litigation cases. Further, he has assisted many private clients and family offices in the restructuring of their private businesses, either for the purposes of succession, or in order to attract new investors, or in the context of distressed businesses restructurings. Finally, John advises many non-for-profit entities on various legal issues.
