Theodore works for the Corporate Department of our firm, while he is a member of our Private Wealth Structuring Practice Group. Theodore has long established experience in advising family offices and individuals on various private law aspects, such as inheritance and succession planning, wealth structuring, asset transfer and asset protection and establishment of trusts. Further, Theodore is involved in many art-related projects, while is advising many domestic and foreign non-for-profit organizations.
Theodore has advised many family offices (including two family offices controlling FTSE/Athex Large Cap-listed companies and two other controlling Athex-listed companies) on the wealth structuring treatment of their members. Further, he has advised many family offices controlling privately-held businesses or companies in the shipping sector on various wealth structuring-related issues, such as asset protection, succession planning and the structuring of new investments. Additionally, Theodore advises many family offices and individuals on inheritance and succession and asset protection issues, and has assisted many Greek individuals in establishing trusts, foundations and private holding companies. Moreover, Theodore regularly advises certain prominent non-for-profit organizations, e.g. A.G. Leventis Foundation, DESTE Foundation for Contemporary Art, Parnassos Literary Society and MDA Hellas.
Theodore has published various articles in the international business legal press and is actively participating as key speaker in international conferences.
