An accomplished dealmaker, Jonathan is also recognized by Legal 500, IFLR, Best Lawyers and Lexpert, for his significant experience in M&A, private equity, infrastructure, project finance and real estate. He was named a Rising Star by Lexpert, the annual award that honours Canada’s “Leading Lawyers Under 40”. He also led Canadian Law Awards’ 2022 M&A Deal of the Year - Brookfield Infrastructure’s C$15 billion cash and securities exchange takeover bid for Inter Pipeline Ltd.
