Partner. He has ample experience in mergers and acquisitions, and in securities market transactions. He regularly advises large companies, family businesses and funds on Spanish and international acquisition transactions, shareholders agreements, and corporate group restructurings. He handles securities markets transactions, including the admission to listing of companies on the Spanish securities markets and on the alternative Spanish market (BME Growth), and takeover bids, as well as advising on corporate governance.
Career
He has lectured in the master programs in legal consultancy of the Madrid Bar Association, the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, and the Universidad CEU-San Pablo. He also lectures in the master program for real estate managers at the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura in Madrid.
