He is the head of the FinTech Department and partner in the firm’s Banking & Corporate Finance Department.He has experience in foreign investments, M&A, banking, FX, capital controls, financial services regulations, and capital markets law. In the last years, digital innovation has had an unprecedented impact on financial services, which has led Juan to take an active role in providing full spectrum strategic legal advice to a wide range of Fintech innovators and financial institutions.
