Practice Areas

Judson practices in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis. Judson focuses his practice on syndicated and private credit debt financing transactions as well as bank/bridge committed financing and other structured financings. He represents private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and other private and public companies in connection with complex secured and unsecured debt financing transactions, including leveraged acquisition financings, senior and subordinated lending transactions, first and second lien, bridge, mezzanine and asset-based financings and cross-border financings.

Representative clients include 26North, Centerbridge Partners, Cinven, Crestview Partners, Littlejohn & Co, Lone Star Funds, One Equity Partners, Rhone Capital, Sycamore Partners and Welsh Carson.
