Ms Ericsson is an experienced litigator and regularly represents Swedish and international clients in patent infringement and validity proceedings in Sweden. Her experience covers patent litigation before the UPC (ms Ericsson is a representative in several cases before the Nordic Baltic Regional Division), cross-border patent litigation covering several jurisdictions, complex copyright and trade secrets litigation involving multiple infringement investigations and interim proceedings as well as well as litigation regading trademarks and marketing law. Ms Ericsson also provides general strategic advice regarding intellectual property and marketing law matters.
Ms Ericsson represents clients in all fields of technology (e.g. pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, mechanical, electronical, telecom and software).

LLM Uppsala University 2004, Mannheimer Swartling Advokatbyrå 2004-2005; law clerk at Solna District Court 2005-2006. Joined Sandart & Partners in 2006. Member of the Swedish Bar Association since 2009. Board member of EPLAW since 2019 and vice president since 2023.
