Peter Sande has vast experience from litigations concerning e.g. patents, copyright, trademarks and license agreements. After service at the Stockholm District Court (1992-94) he joined the firm. Partner since 1999. 2006-2007 Expert, Government Commission regarding professional secrecy; 2007-2016, Head of the Patent Group of The Swedish Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property, SFIR.
