Peter Sande is a partner of the firm and specialises in intellectual property litigation and advice, with a particular focus on patents and copyright.
Peter Sande has vast experience from litigations concerning e.g. patents, copyright, trademarks and license agreements. He frequently participates in large-scale pan-European litigations and is often engaged in arbitral proceedings. He has represented clients before the Swedish Supreme Court as well as before the CJEU. Peter Sande regularly speaks and writes on IPR matters.
Career
After service at the Stockholm District Court (1992-94) he joined the firm. Partner since 1999. 2006-2007 Expert, Government Commission regarding professional secrecy; 2007-2016, Head of the Patent Group of The Swedish Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property, SFIR.
