Experience

1. He has been entrusted by well-known insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies and medical institutions to handle several disputes over adverse reactions in drug clinical trials. Based on the SAE report, analyzes the clinical performance before and after the administration of the drug in light of the patient's own disease progression status and quality, etc., analyzes the informed consent form, makes a preliminary judgment on fault, causation and possible compensation involved, evaluates the compensation and indemnification plan, and, within the plan, reaches an agreement on the final amount of compensation with the patient or the patient's family to reach an agreement on the final amount of compensation and sign a settlement agreement. For example, when representing a multinational pharmaceutical company in the negotiation of compensation for the death of a subject in a clinical trial project, on the premise of analyzing and judging the relevance of the drug without excluding the individual differences of the subject, we prioritized treatment, compensation and other key issues, and at the same time, we enhanced the intensity of the ethical review at a later stage, so as to clearly communicate with the family members and arrive at a consensus solution.

6. Participated in the construction and improvement of a hospital's discharge process system for patients with mental disorders. After on-site investigation, multiple consultations, and expert discussions, we formulated a relevant management system, discharge process, discharge procedure materials, and corresponding training for them, which greatly reduced the hospital's risk and solved the problem of patients' prolonged stay in the hospital to a certain extent.
