Career
Kate is an experienced corporate lawyer with 20 years of business advisory and transactional with a proven track record of advising on cross-border and domestic M&A, joint venture and corporate finance transactions. Kate worked at international law firms, Mayer Brown and Greenberg Traurig before joining KPMG Law. Kate has spent time on secondment to the General Counsel’s offices of a multinational pharmaceutical company and a leading global insurance organisation.
She is recommended in Chambers and Partners for mid-market M&A work which states that she is “diligent, innovative and very capable of bringing solutions”.
