Kathryn is a Senior Associate in Carson McDowell's Corporate team. Kathryn advises clients in a wide range of industries and sectors across the full spectrum of corporate and commercial matters. These include mergers and acquisitions, equity investment, joint ventures and collaborations, reorganisations and restructuring, non-contentious intellectual property, shareholder arrangements and corporate governance. Kathryn’s clients have included local, national and international businesses spanning from start-ups to large multinational companies.
Kathryn graduated from Queen’s University Belfast in June 2012, and commenced her professional training at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in 2013.
On completion of her professional training in 2015, Kathryn was awarded the Thomasena McKinney Prize and the Belfast Solicitors’ Association Prize, in each case, for achieving first place in the Solicitors’ Apprenticeship Course.
Prior to joining the Corporate team at Carson McDowell in January 2022, Kathryn was an Associate at a top tier commercial firm in Belfast.
