Career

Keith is a seasoned litigator experienced in a broad range of complex commercial disputes including: business torts, legal malpractice, litigation involving directors and officers, and health care litigation. He has served as lead counsel in the defense of numerous class actions. Keith also has significant experience in election-related matters and litigation of disputes under Arizona’s public records statute.

Keith loves hiking, mountaineering, traveling, cooking and enjoying live music when not at the office. He also enjoys an active pro bono practice.
