Kelvin co-heads the Employment practice in Drew & Napier, and leads in contentious employment matters. He handles the whole range of employment matters, including terminations, redundancies, reorganisations, enforcement of restrictive covenants, benefits plans, misconduct investigations, employee fraud, whistleblowing incidents and regulatory issues.

Kelvin is praised for his "knowledge of employment legislation, referencing case laws around the world and applying it to our matters." Kelvin’s employment practice is bolstered by his experience and active practice in complex commercial litigation and international arbitration. The work he does there includes insurance, intellectual property, fraud and breach of fiduciary duties, international arbitration, investment and shareholder disputes, and trusts. He also advises on regulatory compliance, investigations and proceedings involving bribery, fraud and misconduct, and specific sectoral regulation. These areas of practice enable Kelvin to serve as a holistic, one-stop employment practitioner.
