• Patent Dispute related to Diaper, which involved the Largest Monetary Damages Amount in Korean History

• A number of Pharmaceutical and Biotech Patent Disputes, including a Favorable Decision in a Pharmaceutical Patent Infringement Preliminary Injunction Suit, which changed a Decades-Repeated Supreme Court precedent in the Inventiveness Standard for Selection Invention Patent
