Career

Kevin A. C. Moree is a Partner at McKinney, Bancroft & Hughes and specialises in civil and commercial litigation, tax & trade and financial services and regulations. He co-chairs the firm’s practice groups for tax & trade and financial services and regulations. Before pursuing a career in the law, he worked in the corporate finance sector. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal in connection with various civil and commercial litigation matters including multi-jurisdictional disputes involving counsel located around the world and dealing with complex legal issues. Kevin also extensively advises on all tax matters and frequently opines on Bahamian financial services legislation.

Kevin is the immediate past Chairman of the Bahamas Financial Services Board, co-chairs the Bahamas Financial Services Board tax working group and is a Director of J.S. Johnson & Company, Limited.
