Sean is a partner at MB&H and sits on the firm's Executive Committee. In January 2023 he was appointed a KC.

He completed his LL.B at the University of Nottingham in 2002 & the Bar Vocational Course at BPP Law School in 2003. He was called to both the English and Bahamas Bars in 2003. In 2004 Sean completed his LL.M at Wake Forest University.
