Kimberley specialises in personal injuries of the utmost severity such as brain and spinal injuries, limb amputations (both upper and lower limbs) and multiple orthopaedic trauma. She advises on all types of claims including those arising from road traffic accidents, accidents at work and accidents in public places.
Experience
Kimberley achieved settlements in excess of £30m for her injured clients between 2015 and 2018. One of these cases, comprised a settlement in 2017 of £9m for a motorcyclist who sustained a severe traumatic brain injury and a spinal cord injury. Another case, comprised a settlement of £2.7m in 2018 for a young factory worker who suffered a below knee amputation in a road traffic accident. Kimberley was also the lead fee-earner in the Court of Appeal ruling of Jacobs v MIB [2010].
