Practice Areas

Principal areas of practice are regulatory, inquests and inquiries, licensing and complementary aspects of public and civil law.

A comprehensive range of regulatory crime and business compliance work is undertaken, including: health and safety; fire safety; trade and consumer; environmental and food law.

He has been instructed by those under scrutiny in seminal inquests and inquiries. He acted for The Football Association throughout the Hillsborough Inquests. He represented a company involved in the refurbishment of the Tower throughout the Grenfell Tower Public Inquiry. He is advising a company in relation to the UK Covid-19 Inquiry.
