In 2023, Attorney Lihong Ma's legal team provided services to a trust company, assisting the trust company in implementing risk control plans for its real estate trust product that has collapsed, including but not limited to due diligence of mortgage projects, plan design, transaction documents drafting and transaction negotiation for the acquisition of the mortgage projects. At the same time, the team represented the trust company in cases on trust disputes with investors, providing the trust company solutions to the problems in all respects from assets to funds, so as to protect its lawful rights and interests. In addition, Attorney Ma has advised on two key projects in Beijing - Taihu Performing Arts Town Project and Beitou Olympic Park 1314. The Taihu Performing Arts Town complex project not only requires lawyers to have knowledge in traditional real estate, but also requires them to understand the cultural industry.
