Linda A Hesse

Career

Linda Hesse has been advising clients on major Capital Markets and public M&A transactions in Paris for more than 25 years. Her work includes U.S. and French securities law, ongoing compliance and corporate governance matters. Her client base includes the full range of French and U.S. companies, from well-known large cap companies to small start-ups, and she advises them with respect to their issuances of debt and equity securities, including IPOs on Euronext, Nasdaq and the NYSE, and on regulatory matters involving the SEC and the French AMF. Linda also advises financial institutions in their role as advisors in transactions of this type. She leads on ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) matters under U.S. and EU law, and as a part of the global ESG trend. She is one of the founders of the Firm’s ESG working group and is part of the Firm’s Diversity, Inclusion and Advancement Committee.
