Licensed as a PRC lawyer since 2009, Mr. Lingyun DAI has rich and extensive experience in venture capital and private equity financing. He has provided legal services in respect of private equity financing and venture capital for a multitude of well-known USD funds, RMB funds, other venture capital institutions, and hundreds of startup companies. Mr. DAI has participated in and led a large number of M&A projects, involving the M&A and reorganization of listed companies, cross-border M&A, industrial vertical M&A and other areas. Mr. DAI has provided legal services for the formation of multiple RMB funds and USD funds. In addition, Mr. DAI has also participated in a number of domestic and overseas listing projects. In terms of industry, Mr. DAI has participated in a large number of projects in the TMT industry, with the areas concerned including e-commerce platform, internet finance, advanced technology, internet video, online gaming and new media etc. Besides, Mr. DAI has also provided legal services for a large number of education, consumption and healthcare projects.
