In the field of anti monopoly and anti unfair competition,Lawyer Jiang has provided legal services for domestic mergers and acquisitions of multiple multinational companies and domestic enterprises,as well as for anti monopoly declaration of business concentration in cross-border mergers and acquisitions,helping relevant enterprises successfully pass the anti monopoly review of business concentration.In addition,he also provides legal services for multiple companies in corporate compliance and investigation.

Lawyer Jiang was also recommended by Chambers as one of the outstanding antitrust law and competition law lawyers in Chinese Mainland.Chambers commented on him that"he is very familiar with antitrust law and has profound insights".

In the field of WTO and trade remedies,Lawyer Jiang has represented the Ministry of Commerce of China and participated in expert panels and appeal procedures for WTO dispute resolution,such as the China v.US 301 Taxation Measures Case(DS543)and the Implementation Procedure for China v.EU Fastener Anti dumping Case(DS397-21.5);China's final anti-dumping tax case against EU X-ray safety inspection equipment(DS425),etc.

Jiang Liyong has also acted as an agent in several anti-dumping and countervailing investigations involving imports and exports.

In terms of domestic dispute resolution,Lawyer Jiang has participated in multiple civil and commercial administrative lawsuits on behalf of clients,and has appeared in the Supreme Court,High Court,Intermediate Court,Grassroots Court,Intellectual Property Court,Internet Court,China International Trade Arbitration Commission,Beijing Arbitration Commission,etc.The types of cases he represents include unfair competition,financial disputes,contract disputes,and so on.

Career

Lawyer Jiang Liyong joined Gaopeng Law Firm in 2010.

Prior to joining Gao Peng,he had successively served in the Treaty and Law Department of the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China,the Permanent Mission of China to the World Trade Organization(WTO),and Beijing Jindu Law Firm.
