Louis Hernandez is a partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice is concentrated on financing transactions including LBO and acquisition financings, mezzanine and subordinated financings, corporate financings (secured and unsecured) and in-court and out-of-court restructuring of various types of credit facilities. Mr. Hernandez has experience in all such transactions representing both lenders and borrowers, but primarily focuses on representing borrowers.
