Ms. Man WANG has been well-versed in the investment fund field for over 17 years. She is now the highest-level partner of JunHe and also the person in charge of JunHe’s investment fund practice area. Ms. Wang is widely recognized among peers and has assisted clients in deals with the fund commitment size in aggregate exceeding RMB800 billion. She is now engaged as a legal expert advisor to a number of national and local government guidance funds, and serves as the chairperson of the advisory committee for several funds initiated and established by leading private equity institutions. Ms. Wang has been always invited to participate in the institutional design and legislative discussions held by the CSRC and the AMAC in the fields of private equity funds and asset management.

Ms. Wang has extensive expertise and experience in providing legal service to fund life cycle, from formation and investment to operation and liquidation. She has advised numerous sponsors and institutional investors in hundreds of fund formation projects with different fund strategies, including private equity/venture capital, fund of funds, secondary, real state and infrastructure, and mezzanine, and continuation, and is familiar with parallel, master-feeder, alternative investment vehicles, and other types of flexible fund structures.
