Prior to joining JunHe, Shi Qi served as an equity partner at a renowned domestic law firm. With years of practical experience in adjudication, Ms. Shi is familiar with in commercial trials and litigation processes. Since her admission to legal practice,she has successfully represented prominent clients in and challenging cases involving cutting-edge legal issues at the Supreme People’s Court and the high courts in Gansu, Tibet, and Shaanxi provinces. These cases include a contract dispute between Sunhui New Energy Co.,Ltd. and Gansu Tianju New Energy Co., Ltd., a construction contract dispute between Gansu Xinyuan Electric Power Engineering Co., Ltd. and Lhasa Ruide xingyang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a dispute involving the rights of enterprise investors between Zhu Haifeng and Xi'an Chanhe Banpohu Tourism and Holiday Co., Ltd., a dispute over the mandatory surplus distribution between Huadian Shaanxi Energy Co., Ltd. and Shaanxi Pine Valley Coal Corporation /Binxian Coal Co., Ltd., and an enforcement execution objections between Yulin Dehou Mining Construction Co., Ltd. and China Chemical Engineering Group Co., Ltd.
Ms. Shi has provided legal services for various enterprises such as PetroChina Changqing Oilfield Company, China Railway Tunnel Stock, Huadian Shaanxi Energy, Western Securities, Huarong Securities, Kaiyuan Securities, Zhong De Securities, Shaanxi Investment Group, Jinduicheng Molybdenum, Sunresin New Materials, Tungshu Group, and Greentown China Northwest Regional Company.
Ms. Shi was named one of the "2023 LEGALBAND Client Choice: Top 15 Female Lawyers in China" and she is currently an arbitrator at the Xi'an Arbitration Commission. She is a part-time professor at the School of International Law of Northwest University of Political Science and Law, an off-campus supervisor for graduate students at the School of Law of Xi'an University of Finance and Economics, and an off-campus supervisor for graduate students at the School of Law of Northwest University.
