Maninder heads the Retail and IP teams. His main focus is on commercial, retail, media and intellectual property issues including franchising, branding and reputation management.

Maninder was a visiting lecturer at the European Business School in London, is a Trustee of Yellow Earth, the East Asian theatre company and of The Restorative Justice Council which is the national voice for the field of restorative practice.
