Sarah is a partner in the Family team. She has significant experience in all aspects of family law, in particular, divorce and high-value financial cases often involving complex aspects including corporate issues and international issues. She has a special interest in dealing with intervenor disputes involving third parties and enjoys the analytical and challenging nature of such claims.
She also regularly advises clients on child arrangement disputes which often have a complex aspect to them such as an application by one parent to relocate (both domestically and internationally) and cases where one or both parents have made serious allegations against the other. These cases can be challenging for clients emotionally and Sarah appreciates the need to deal with them discreetly and sensitively.
