Marco is specialized in banking & financial regulation and fintech, with twenty years of experience in all legal and regulatory aspects related to such sectors. Marco assists, inter alia, banks, financial and payment institutions, IMELs, SIM and SGR in:

- the authorization procedures and management of relations with the supervisory authorities;

- the structuring, realization and negotiation of: insure-tech projects; outsourcing agreements in compliance with EBA regulation; joint-venture and partnership agreements between financial intermediaries, and with fintech companies;

- sale and purchase of portfolios and complex transactions pertaining to banking and financial entities;

- drafting and negotiation of SPA agreements for the acquisition of qualified and not-qualified stake in fintech companies.

Marco Zechini is equity partner of Alma LED.

Prior to Alma LED, Marco was partner at Orrick (Rome) and DLA Piper (Rome).
