Career
Marcos Blasi has worked for over 20 years in matters involving Intellectual Property, Technology and Innovation, having broad experience both in handling complex litigation and in heading the advising and contractual areas, managing portfolios of intangible assets, coordinating corporate programs and transactions, and negotiating contracts. Marcos is also a mediator and arbitrator in disputes involving his area, as well as being a guest professor at renowned educational institutions. He holds statutory positions in ABPI and AIPPI.
Personal
He holds a LL.B. in Law from the University of São Paulo in 2004, where he also obtained his Ph.D. in Business Law in 2021. He holds an MBA in innovation management from Fundação Instituto de Administração, 2016, has a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property from the University of Turin and the World Intellectual Property Organization, Italy, 2012, and a postgraduate degree in Public Law with Extension in Regulatory Economic Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas, 2008. Fluent in English and Italian.
