Rodnei has extensive experience in Brazil and abroad, in infrastructure projects involving power, water and sewage services, transportation (toll roads, ports and airports), and mining, among others. He assisted various clients in the modeling of projects, and participated in several concessions bid procedures, including projects of Public and Private Partnership (PPP). Also assisted clients in matters relating to regulatory agencies (ANEEL, ANP, ANTT, ARTESP, ANTAQ, SEP, ANVISA). He is also very active in the management of concession agreements.

He is graduated in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUC-SP), 1995; master in Comparative Law from Panthéon-Assas, France, 1999. Fluent in English, French and Italian.

Rodnei has extensive experience in Brazil and abroad in infrastructure projects in the areas of energy, sanitation, transportation (urban, highways, ports and airports) and mining. He has worked on direct and indirect public administration contracts in the areas of information technology, consultancy, goods and services, as well as regulatory agencies (ANEEL, ANTT, ANTAQ, ANP, ANVISA), budget issues involving the Fiscal Responsibility Law and the management of various concession contracts.

Law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University (PUC-SP), 1995; postgraduate degree in Comparative Law from the Université Panthéon-Assas, France, 1999.
