Mark Brookes is a Legal Director in the nationally recognised UK Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Department at Clyde & Co. He specialises in regulatory defence work and regularly advises businesses and individuals who are subject to investigation and prosecution by regulators including the Health and Safety Executive, the Police, the Environment Agency, Trading Standards, the CQC and Local Authorities.
