Mark is a Co-Chair of the firm’s Real Estate and Business & Corporate Groups. Mark handles commercial real estate transactions of all kinds, advising owners, investors, developers, purchasers, landlords, tenants, and municipalities, on a variety of real estate matters, including acquisition, financing, leasing, and disposition. His experience runs to all commercial real estate property types, including retail, hospitality, office, industrial, mixed-use, and multi-family.
Mark also regularly represents institutional and private lenders, as well as borrowers, in commercial lending transactions, including real estate-secured loans and asset-based lending. He has many years of experience representing developers of commercial, residential, and mixed-use common interest communities, where, working in close proximity with surveyors and engineers, he prepares the declaration, public offering statement, and other formation documents, and drafts the myriad of rules, covenants and restrictions, and policies, that are needed to ensure that the communities both serve the requirements of his clients and function effectively and efficiently.
