Over almost four decades of practice, he has helped structure traditional and non-conventional financing transactions for both lenders and business owners, including the full range of asset-based and real estate secured loans, both direct and syndicated, with complex collateral structures. Matthew’s real estate practice focuses on the representation of commercial real estate developers and other property owners, advising them on acquisitions and sales, lease negotiations, solving complex title issues, and closing mortgage financing transactions. Matthew advises business owners with respect to the negotiation of contracts, asset purchases, business acquisitions and sales, and financing matters.
