Marta Rykalovska

Career

Marta is an associate with professional experience in providing legal advice, particularly in the area of corporate law and M&A transactions. Marta is a specialist in public and private offerings and M&A transactions, including cross-border and public transactions, as well as in general corporate law advice, including corporate governance. She has experience in providing legal advice to companies, shareholders, management boards, supervisory boards, strategic investors, and investment banks in a number of international and domestic, public and private equity offerings and M&A transactions. Prior to joining the team, Marta gained professional experience in a number of international law firms.

Marta graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2020 and during studies received a scholarship for high academic achievements. In 2018, she completed a law student exchange programme at Sheffield University.
