Career

Weronika is an attorney-at-law with extensive experience in providing legal advice to companies, particularly in the areas of transactions in M&A, venture capital (VC), private equity (PE) and corporate governance. She advises on M&A transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, demergers, and restructurings, and prepare transactional documentation. She offers strategic counsel to management boards, supervisory boards, and shareholders, assisting in the resolution of corporate disputes.

Her specialization encompasses drafting and negotiating contracts with a particular focus on M&A transactions and VC/PE investments. This includes shareholders’ agreements, investment agreements, SPAs in share deals, asset deals, ESOPs, and agreements related to intellectual property. She leads legal due diligence processes and has been advising both sellers and buyers, founders and investment funds on transaction structuring and execution. Furthermore, she represents clients in litigation and court proceedings, ensuring full legal support across all stages of their business ventures.

She graduated with honors from the Warsaw Bar Association.
